Lighting and American Audio products.

| American DJ Parts Return Policy |
Parts are not returnable or refundable if opened or used in any way. Lamps are not returnable or refundable. If any part purchased qualifies to be returned the following policies apply.
American DJ will refund your purchase price in full for a period of 10 days if you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased or if the product arrived to you "DOA" (dead on arrival).
You must save and provide all original packaging, documentation, and or accessories. A "call tag" will be issued to the original destination of shipment and credit issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
After 10 days you may return a product for up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. A "restocking charge" of 15% of the original purchase price will be imposed and you will be responsible for all freight charges incurred for the return.
